You may use this website to learn about pabi +link, place or discuss orders, and access related support. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.

Product descriptions and prices shown at the time of order apply to that purchase, subject to confirmation and availability. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate order, contact, customization, destination, payment, and shipping information. Payment may be handled by an external payment provider under its own terms.

Standard products use the current pabi +link design. Customized products may include customer-selected logos, colors, photos, wording, layouts, or specifications. A requested proof must be reviewed carefully; customer approval authorizes production using the approved details.

You keep ownership of logos, trademarks, photos, artwork, and other materials you supply. By submitting them, you confirm that you have permission to use them and authorize pabi +link to reproduce and adapt them as reasonably needed to fulfill your order and provide the connected service.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you submit without the necessary rights or permissions.

A pabi +link product may use a managed pabi.link address that redirects to a destination selected for the customer’s business. NFC and QR can use that same managed address. Destination updates may be requested so the physical product can remain in service when the final destination changes.

Lifetime Link Management means destination-management service is included for the usable life of the pabi +link product, with no recurring subscription fee, subject to service availability, acceptable use, and the Terms of Service.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, and suitability of destinations they provide. pabi +link may decline or remove a destination that violates these terms, creates a security concern, or may harm users or the service.

Managed-link analytics may provide activity information such as visits, timestamps, device or browser details, referral information, and approximate location when available. Analytics are informational, may be affected by technical limits or privacy controls, and do not guarantee a complete record of every interaction.

• Do not use a pabi.link destination for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate another business or misrepresent your relationship with a person or brand.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, collect information unlawfully, or evade platform policies.
• Do not pressure, reward, or selectively solicit customers in a way that violates the destination platform’s review policies.

The pabi +link name, logo, website, product designs, software, and original content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to use a purchased product or service.

We aim to keep the website and managed-link service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party services, network conditions, destination changes, security issues, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

The Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these terms and explains the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, final-sale treatment for personalized products, remedies for damaged or incorrect items, and return-shipping responsibility.

pabi +link provides a physical and managed-link connection to a customer-selected destination. It does not control whether a person leaves a review, the content or rating of a review, search rankings, platform availability, revenue, or other business outcomes. Compatibility and behavior can vary by device, browser, settings, internet access, and destination platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pabi +link will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, products, managed links, analytics, or third-party destinations. Any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to a reasonable amount connected to the affected order or service.
